Change of Membership Period

  • Membership for the following year begins on 1st May 2025 and will run for 11 months until 31st March 2026. This is one month less than usual, which was agreed at the AGM to put us in line with other tennis clubs in the local area to start the membership year going forwards on April 1st. This will ensure the new membership year starts before the summer league season starts and make the facilitation of the club tournament easier. 


How to Become a member

Step 1: Enquire

Enquire by emailing winchmorehilltennis@gmail.com, using the contact us part of the website or by contacting one of the commitee members here at WHTC. Once your ready to join, follow the below steps. You will be provided the payment information at this step.

Step 2: Complete a Membership form available here

Step3: Get Court Booking Access

Court Booking is available through the link at the bottom of this page  once the membership form above is completed and fees have been paid.
