Have your say about the draft version of RBWM’s Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead's new draft Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy is a ten-year road map setting out how they plan to improve residents’ health and wellbeing plus those communities needing extra support.
Feedback given will be carefully considered to help shape the draft strategy before it goes before their Health and Wellbeing Board in January 2026 for final approval, which is why they are keen to hear your thoughts at this stage of its development.
On the right of the linked page, you will see the draft strategy with key data and information about the different health and wellbeing needs of the borough’s residents and communities. This evidence is driving their approach and their proposed actions. You can either read or download the draft strategy here, to help inform your feedback, which can be given here - https://rbwmtogether.rbwm.gov.uk/a-healthier-royal-borough.
The consultation has eight questions about the draft strategy, followed by six more about you. Providing this information will not identify you. These simple demographic questions help RBWM to understand if the feedback is representative of the whole community. It will also help them see if there are differences in views or experiences based on, for example, age or gender.
This consultation is due to end at midnight on Sunday 7 December 2025. If you need help completing this online survey, or to print a paper copy of the strategy, please visit one of the RBMW libraries where staff will happily assist you.
Following the meeting of the Health and Wellbeing Board in January 2026, they will publish the results of this consultation via the Royal Borough’s communications channels, and as the strategy moves from planning to action.
There are some FAQ's here, but if you have any additional thoughts, questions, or feedback that you are unable to share via the consultation, please email Ellen Gavin, Public Health Service Lead, at ellen.gavin@rbwm.gov.uk.
