With the addition of floodlights all ourcoaching sessions will continue to run through the winter, only rain, snow or ice will stop us!
Our ususal junior and adult group coaching are run by LTA Level 3 Coach Alison Kelly. She is also available to book if you want some individual or small group coaching. Email on [email protected] and mention WIthnell Fold.

Adults - Whether you've just discovered tennis or been playing a while if you want to improve we now have some coaching sessions available. Adults in this case means 13/14+.
We'll be starting off with three options - run by LTA Level 3 coach Alison Kelly on Tuesdays, 6pm, 7pm and 8pm.
6pm Adult Beginners - Just started, know which end of a racquet to hold but that's about it. Work on technique for all the basic strokes including serving plus scoring and playing social games.
7pm Adult Improvers - Can rally (sometimes) and have fun playing but want more consistency and variety of shots. Improve your technique, power and court positioning.
8pm Adult Advanced - Regular match/team player, practice drills to embed shot making, work on tactics, doubles play and strategy.
Each session is limited to 8 people so you will need to book your place by emailing [email protected], stating which session and which day but no more than one week in advance please. Emailed response will let you know if you're booked in or on the waiting list. Those on the list will have priority for next equivalent session. If you need to cancel please do so as soon as possible, your place can be filled from the waiting list. All sessions £5 per person for members, £8 non-members, pay on the day (contactless available).
Junior coaching sessions are on Mondays, and run in blocks of 4, see below for course details, booking and payment. Racquets available to borrow.
u7s 3:45 - 4:30 limited to 12
7's and over 4:30 - 5:30 limited to 12
The age ranges are not rigid, 7yo’s who struggle to catch are welcome in the U7 group, as are 12yo beginners in the 7 to 11’s.
