The start of the new year means that club memberships are now due for renewal. An email has been sent out to all members containing the payment details (please contact wtcenquiries@gmail.com if you have not recieved this).

Renewals are available via online transfer / telephone banking / bank transfer (the preferred method of payment), or by cheque or cash. The prices for the 2023 year are as follows:

• Over 18: £120
• Student in full time education: £55
• Ages 11 - 18: £30
• Under 11: £20
• Spouse / Partner of playing member: £65
• Senior Player (in receipt of a state pension): £60
• Parent: £25
• Family Membership (2 adults + 2 Children) has a 10% reduction

Your membership category reflects your age / status as of 1st Jan 2023.

If you are paying online, please ensure that you provide your membership number(s) (the 4 digits on the front of your membership/access card) in the bank reference box so we can identify you as the payer. Please provide as much of your name and address as the reference box will allow. If the payment is for more than 1 member and you are unable to provide the full membership number of everyone you are paying for, separate transactions will be necessary. This way we can ensure that each payment is clearly received and allocated accurately to the appropriate member.

If you are paying by cheque, please put your membership number on the back.

Payment will also be taken in person at the club in the Member's Lounge from Wednesday 11th January up to and including Tuesday 14th February 2023 on the following days and times:

• Monday - Thursday: 18:00 to 20:00
• Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 - 14:00.
