Let's try harder to cut out no shows, late arrivals for bookings, and late cancellations

As a small club with 4 courts we do make very good use of them, but that doesn’t mean we can’t do better. 

We do have a problem with courts being booked and not used, courts being booked for longer than people intend to use them, and last minute cancellations. 

When this happens at busy times all we are doing collectively is stopping other members from playing, and that is just not fair, in fact it’s really frustrating, so let's all try harder to consider other members when we book and cancel courts.

And when things do go wrong we are not asking you to become under cover tennis detectives, but please let us know if you notice busy times when all courts are booked on skedda but a court is empty, we’ll contact the person who booked and find out what the problem is. 

Let’s all please just be as considerate as we can be to our fellow club members.
