Woodside Tennis Club

Welcome to Woodside, the friendly Tennis Club in the heart of High Lane, Cheshire. With six newly refurbished all weather tennis courts set against the backdrop of Lyme Park and tennis to suit all standards we invite you to come and join us.

The club welcomes players of all abilities including those new to the game and those looking to get back into tennis with rusty racket sessions running each week. ​Please see our tennis schedule for further information. 

The club is represented in the North East Cheshire League by teams for Men (four teams), Ladies (two teams) and Juniors (both boys & girls of various age groups).

Social tennis is a key part of the club and is played both at weekends following rusty racket sessions and midweek on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.  Wednesday evenings offers a popular Clubnight session available to all. The club runs regular fun tennis tournaments for all abilities as well as an annual club tournament. Other social activities are arranged throughout the year.  

The club has 2 qualified and professional full-time coaches, available for private individual, paired and group lessons for Adults and Juniors. James Greenwood, Head Coach has been at Woodside since 2011, and Ryan Jones, Club Coach.
