MAIN CHANGES TO CONSTITUTION

2.2                      New clause on equal opportunities, adopting LTA policy.

3.3                      New obligation on members to keep profile up-to-date.

3.4                      New obligations on members to oppose discrimination and  promote equality of opportunity.

5.1                      Team captains removed as officers.

5.3                      Roles of officers to be as described by Committee, replacing previous Clause 6.

6.2                      Quorum for Committee meetings reduced to four.

6.6                      New clause (replacing previous 3.5) on Committee responsibility for disciplinary matters.

7                          New clause enabling Committee to appoint trustees to hold  property on behalf of the Club (eg the lease).

9                          New clause on indemnity for trustees and Committee members.

10.2                     New statement that members cannot receive club assets on dissolution (to maintain eligibility for some grants).

General              Gender neutral language adopted.
