We have had teams playing in the Aldershot and District League for more than 30 years - indeed some of those people (especially the ladies) who played in the first year are STILL playing!  

It was extremely satisfying therefore to find that the Winter Season 2022/23 has left both Ladies teams top of their respective Divisions and they will both go up next Winter.  CONGRATULATIONS to all - our "named" A players were Sarah Hamilton, Lynn Moore, Joan Palmer and Adelle Riekart, some of  whose names you will recognise from many years' success in the Club Championships.  There was a squad of a further 11 ladies who filled in occasionally in the A team and rotated to be in the B team.  Everyone played well and we had some really good matches.  I believe a ladies celebratory meal is planned and we'll post a photo after that.

We have also had a Mens Team and a Mixed Team, who have been playing in the Winter League but with varied results!  Thanks to all those who have played - some of the weather has been very challenging and we have had numerous re-arranged matches.  It's great that everyone keeps turning out.  Thank you.

The Summer League season starts at the end of April and with a different format we just one have team each of Ladies, Mens and Mixed - somehow the Ladies are in the Premier League, a first for us, so wish us luck - we'll need it!
