Tim Rose

A professional LTA Level 3 tennis coach with over 25 years coaching experience. Tim is enthusiastic, friendly, committed, and hardworking professional who is passionate about coaching and has built a strong reputation and knowledge of every aspect in coaching both juniors and adults, delivering group & 1:1 coaching with a focus on learning and having fun on the tennis court.

Tim started playing tennis at the age of 7, coached by his father Wallace he played competitive junior tennis until the age of 14 when he decided to concentrate on skiing competitively. When his skiing career came to an unexpected end due an injury in 1989 Tim went back to playing tennis, coached this time by Grand Slam Finalist (singles) and winner (doubles) Onny Parun. Tim continues to play completive tennis today; having played for the Royal County of Berkshire Health and Racquets Club and the men’s 1st team at Shiplake LTC.

Tim started his tennis career as a resident pro at the Royal Country of Berkshire Health & Racquets Club (now David Lloyd) and has coached in many schools, collages, clubs and has a private home court clientele in Berkshire & Oxfordshire.  Most recently in the role of Head Tennis Coach at Shiplake LTC a position he held for over 22 years, responsible for setting up and leading the Junior / Adults Coaching program and organising and playing competitively for the Men’s A team, successfully advancing from Division 4 to Division 1.

 Stephen Wright

Stephen is an LTA level 5 Master Club Coach and the Head Coach at Farnham Common, Stoke Poges and Chalfont St Peter Tennis Clubs along with Wraysbury Tennis Club. Stephen has devoted his life to tennis and is passionate and enthusiastic, coaching all ages and standards from 3 - 103! He was part of Stirling Universities International sports scholarship programme and won the prestigious Virgin Active UK National Necker Cup in 2015.

Stephen competes in the ITF 35 and over seniors tour and reached the Doubles Semi Finals at Wimbledon. Stephen has a passionate and committed coaching team that help deliver the coaching programme.
