Introduction

 

My name is Yvonne Blyth, and I am a Level 3 accredited tennis coach.

I started my tennis journey at Falkland Tennis Club when I was 9 years old—originally just for fun—and now it’s my full-time job.

My coaching career began in Edinburgh, where I started as a volunteer with Edinburgh Leisure. I am now a full-time coach and have been coaching for the last 9 years. I currently coach across a range of clubs in Fife, including Aberdour Tennis Club, Falkland Tennis Club, Kinghorn Tennis Club and Glenrothes Tennis Club.

I have experience working with different venues and coaches, and I have successfully coached a variety of age groups, skill levels, and abilities at Edinburgh Leisure, Barnton Park and Brucehaven Tennis Clubs. 

I also have a sports background with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, with a close focus on tennis as part of my dissertation.

I am looking to deliver fun and engaging sessions for all, from beginner to experienced players
