We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Jean Day as the President of ATSC. We thank Mr Peter Nugent who steps down from this position and wish him well for the future, I'm sure he will still enjoy the social gatherings which will happen throughout the year.

Jean has been a member of this club longer than most. Her family were heavily involved with the actual setting up and building of the clubhouse in 1922 and the Day family have supported ATSC ever since. Jean has been a playing member since childhood and following her retirement from the game, was the treasurer on the committee for a number of years and has been instrumental in allowing the club to become what it is today.

We look forward to working with Jean to further improve the club and make it the best possible tennis and social venue for all our members.
