Social Calendar
Outside of membership fees our social events are our main source of revenue, revenue that is essential in helping us to maintain a first rate tennis facility for our members.
This year we have a comprehensive and varied list of fun social events that span the whole of 2024 as outlined below. We are providing you with a full list of dates early so you can mark them in your diaries. Look out for new dates which will be added, such as the Wimbledon Men's Final, Euro Football and Presentation Night in due course.
The bar is often open on match nights, so come along, support the teams and have a drink or two (hopefully in the sun!) Details of fixtures can be found on our fixtures page.

| 16/03/24 Time 7.00pm Tickets: £25 | Wine Tasting Come and join our resident wine expert, John Boylon with 6 glasses of wines from around the world all differing in style and taste. Included in the ticket price is also a sharing platter of nibbles. |
| 1/04/24 Time: 8pm | Karaoke Night After the success of the inaugural karaoke night come along and sing your heart out and listen to others do the same! |
| 26/4/23 Time: 7.30pm Tickets: TBC | Quiz Night Are you a secret 'Mastermind' or 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire' champion? If so, come and challenge your knowledge against other members of ATSC and see if you can finish the night as the smartest in the club! |
| 5/5/24 Time: 12.30pm Tickets: TBC | The Opening Lunch To celebrate the start of the 2024 tennis season (and hopefully some rain free days!) ATSC will be holding its traditional 'Opening Lunch' comprising of an extensive buffet lunch, an American tournament with the winners being awarded the 'Jean Day Cup' and no doubt the odd drink or two! |

| Date: TBC Time: TBC Tickets: TBC | Presentation Dinner Following the popularity and great success of the Centenary Presentation Dinner last year, it returns for another year. This will be an invite only event for the first couple of hours and the bar will be open for all members form 9pm onwards. |
| TBC | Christmas Party A real family occasion where everyone is invited to put on their Christmas jumpers, bring down some food and enjoy a very festive evening with family and friends alike. Plus, in keeping with the traditions of Christmas, we will look to send any leftover food on to the homeless, just as we have done in the past.

| Last Friday of Every Month
| Pub Night The last Friday of every month is ‘Pub Night’ when the Club becomes the ‘Local’ for members and friends to meet up and have a drink, catch up and maybe play some cards, dominoes or table football! Please see above for any 'specials' which are happening on pub nights. |
| Every Friday Mini tennis (4.30-5.30pm) Junior (5.30-6.30pm) Adult (6.30-8pm)
| Tennis Coaching (after which, the bar is often open from 730pm) Open to members and non-members, £5 pay as you play , ages 6 - 10 years.
Club Night At Club Night all members are welcome to a tennis session organised by Club Coach Paul Jepson – the night usually involves some drills focusing on a particular shot or aspect of the game, with some match play after to put what you have learnt into practice plus its free (no charge) for members!!! |
