Armley tennis club is run by a group of volunteer members who give their time to keep the club going.
Together they form the club's committee, currently:
- Kate Hoggard - women’s team captain, membership secretary and Welfare Officer
- Janine Johnson - maintenance issues
- Gill Pedder - winter social rota and treasurer
- Simon Archibald - tennis rotas & social events
- Eleanore Lake - coaching
- Brendan Phillips - inter-club tennis
- Rich Slack - singles tennis & social media

The club is located behind houses off Stanningley Road. As the road is a dual carriageway it can be accessed from the east-bound side of the road (towards Leeds), between Armley Ridge Road and Cockshott Lane (Kentucky Fried Chicken and West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service). There is a turning gap in the dual carriageway if heading west.
The club is also on the 72 and x6 bus routes and the Leeds to Bradford cycle highway.
