Pickleball is coming soon to Barry Athletic Tennis Club!
Pickleball is a fun sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Played on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net, two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball. Pickleball is easy to pickup and suitable for all ages!
Tennis Squad are running free taster sessions on Bank Holiday Monday 5th May at 6.30 and 7.30pm. Sign up online to attend, where all guidance and equipment is provided. There are 12 places per session available, after a series of tasters have run and a number of members trained up, we plan to add Pickleball to our membership options (year one only £40!)

Barry Athletic Tennis Club is a family-friendly club based on Paget Road, Barry Island, just behind the promenade.
Our facilities include 4 courts (1 under renovation) and a pavilion which boasts perfect viewing of the action, a lounge, kitchen, changing room and toilets. We also have a car park accessible to full members when playing at the club.
