Beacons Tennis Academy

Beacons Tennis Academy provides tennis coaching to all ages in Abergavenny, Crickhowell and Penpergym, South Wales.  We have an excellent team of coaches providing group, individual and performance coaching at all our venues.

AUTUMN TERM COACHING  - 12 weekly sessions from 6th September to 5th December

No Coaching sessions between Wed 22nd - Fri 31st October as an extended Half term break.

Reserve week for any cancellations are 8th to 12 December

Abergavenny Coaching Programme  - changes to Monday programme

Monday - Advanced Players only

4-4.45pm        Advanced Mini Red/ Orange Ball players course ages 7 to 9  

4.45-5.30pm   Advanced Mini Green/ U14 Players ages 10 to 13

5.30-6.30pm   Advanced U14 & U17 Players  ages 13 plus

6.30 - 7.30pm  U18 / ADULT Advanced Team Players 

Wednesday

3.45-4.30pm     Mini Red Coaching Group for ages 5 to 8 (8 year olds who are new to tennis)

4.30 - 5.15pm    Mini Orange/ Green ball Coaching Group for ages 8 to 11

5.15 to 6.15pm  TEEN Coaching Group for ages 11 to 16 ( advanced players who are aged 11)

6.15 - 7.15pm     ADULT intermediate Coaching Group

Thursday 

11-12am  ADULT Drills and Tactical Doubles Coaching Group ' Pay & Play'  £10 - just turn up on the day

4-4.45pm           Mini Red/ Orange Coaching Group for ages 5 to 8  

4.45 - 5.45pm   TEEN Coaching Group for ages 11 to 16

5.45-6.45pm     TENNIS XPRESS for Beginners/ Or Returning to tennis after a long break 

Friday

1-2pm          Tennis Improvers Course  - getting more control and accuracy

4.15 - 5pm   Orange / green ball Coaching Group for ages 8 to 12

Crickhowell Coaching Programme - new day added on Thursday

Tuesday

3.55- 4.30pm   Mini Red for players ages 5 to 8

4.30-5.15pm      Mini Orange/ Green Ball for players ages 8 to 11

5.15-6pm           Mini Green/ Yellow Ball for players aged 12 to 16  ( 11 yr olds who are consistently serving & rally can join)

6-7pm              Adult Intermediate to Advanced Level Coaching 

Thursday led by Carys and / or or Sarah Newbold

4 - 4.45pm        Mini Red & Orange Ball Tennis Course ( ages 8 to 10) 

4.45- 5.30pm     Mini Green/ U14 Tennis Course     ( ages 11 to 14)

5.30 - 6.30pm   Adults Improvers Course ( building confidence/ accuracy and control and moving on from beginners)

Friday

Weekly 'pay & play' Friday sessions at  11-12 : It will be £10 a session & remember to text Carys on 07525170667 by Thurs to book your place as 8 max.
