Notes from the coach

The class will involve practising tennis movement, coordination and developing their ball skills. The tennis lesson is aimed at 12 to 16 year ols, but 11 year olds who are confident tennis players may also join this group. Every class will develop tennis technique for hitting each tennis shot and introduce singles and doubles tactics.
