BTC have two Welfare Officers, Jenny Murphy and Chris Muscroft. 

Jenny is an experienced headteacher of a primary school in Derbyshire, she has been a 'Designated Safeguarding Lead' (DSL) for 11 years and holds a paediatric first aid certificate. Along with her family, Jenny has been part of the club for the past 12 years and lives within the local community.

Chris has been a member since 2012 and is currently Secretary for the club and has served on BTCs general committee and as Chair for the club. Chris is also First Aid trained and lives and works close to the club.
