Italian Quiz Night

What a fantastic night at Boldon Lawn Tennis Club tonight. Our Italian themed quiz proved a huge success. The quiz questions had an Italian theme and the food was amazing: delicious lasagna, pasta bakes, salads and garlic bread. Pictures can be found on our FB page at https://www.facebook.com/BoldonLTC/

Buskers’ Night

Our next social night is the ever popular Buskers’ Night on Saturday 13th April from 7pm. Dust off your guitars, get those vocal cords in good working order and book your place in the line-up. The Black Corner Band have been confirmed as the Headline act so we’re in for another good night. Let us know at boldon.ltc@outlook.com if you are coming to play or just to listen. No food on offer at this one so bring your own drinks and snacks. Tickets are £5, free for buskers.

Men’s tennis successes

Men’s vets 1 were promoted from B division into A division at the end of last season even though they finished 3rd in B division. (Other clubs’ 2nd teams were ineligible for promotion.)
This wasn’t confirmed until this week. This means that both Men’s Vets 1 and Men’s 1 will be playing A division tennis this 2024 season. Well done gentlemen!
