COURT REJUVENATION.
Following our successful Grant Application from Sport England we are pleased to let members know that the work has been completed on courts 1,2 and 3. They are now ready for the coming season. Many thanks to REPLAY and their team who completed the work. The Photographs below show the process Day 1 before work started, Day 2 Surface clean & old sand being taken out, Day 3 Cleaning finished and all sand removed, Day 4 New sand added 5. Nets up ready for use. Courts 5&6 are being power brushed by STM our court maintenance provider so will also be ready for the new season.
Introduction
We are a small friendly club based at Everyone Active's Silksworth Community Pool and Tennis Centre.
The Club was established before WW11, it was then reformed after the war in 1947 and moved to its current location in 1985
The club has 5 floodlit astro turf courts with good car parking facilities.
We are always delighted to welcome new members so whether it's to improve your game, play in league fixtures or just enjoy the wonderful game of tennis get involved now.
