AGM 2025 New Silksworth Tennis Club
The AGM will be held on Tuesday 25th February at 6.30pm in the Tournament Office Everyone Active Centre.
This is your chance to hear first hand the plans for the coming season and also a chance for members to put forward their ideas for future Club Events. See Agenda below
COURT REJUVENATION
Following our successful Grant Application from Sport England we are pleased to let members know that the work has been completed on courts 1,2 and 3. They are now ready for the coming season. Many thanks to REPLAY and their team who completed the work last week. The Photographs below show the process Day 1 before work started, Day 2 Sand being taken out, Day 3 All sand removed, Day 4 Sanded and ready for use.
Introduction
We are a small friendly club based at Everyone Active's Silksworth Community Pool and Tennis Centre.
The Club was established before WW11, it was then reformed after the war in 1947 and moved to its current location in 1985
The club has 5 floodlit all-weather courts with good car parking facilities.
We are always delighted to welcome new members so whether it's to improve your game, play in league fixtures or just enjoy the wonderful game of tennis get involved now.
