Junior Matchplay

Matchplay night is run by George Wort.

The emphasis on these sessions will be fun and lots of playing! The aim is for the players to put into practice what they have learnt in their lessons, but also have some fun and make new friends.

Grandslam Matchplay

In 2026, we are excited to launch our brand-new Boughton Park Junior Grand Slam
tournament series. This initiative is designed to give children in our junior programme
the opportunity to experience more formal and competitive tennis.

Each event will be organised so that players compete against others of a similar age and stage. If you are wondering if your child is the right level, then be able to have a rally if 3, would be the desirable standard.
The name of each winning player will be added to our Boughton Park LTC Junior
Grand Slam Champions board, proudly displayed in the junior pavilion for everyone
to see!

Prizes and certificates will be up for grabs, along with a snack or two inspired
by the country associated with each tournament!

Red Ball Parent Child Tournament - for children in our programme only

Friday July 3rd is the date for our next parent/child tournament, played on a mini court with a red ball. 

9&Under: 5:00-6:15pm Book here

10& Over: 6:30-8:00pm Book here

Let's have some fun as we near the end of the summer term! Free to enter and refreshments will be provided for all.
