All adult playing members of the club are eligible to be voting members of [New] Bowdon Bowling and Lawn Tennis Club Limited (“the Company”) in their second season of membership so they have a say in the running of the club. By joining the club you confirm that you wish to be a voting member of the Company and hereby agree to abide by its Articles of Association and to guarantee the debts of the Company to a maximum of £1.00 and abide by the rules of the section to which you are a member. If you have not completed the qualifying period at the date of application, you will be approved as a member on 30 June in the second season of membership provided that you have paid your subscription by that date and do not withdraw your application for membership of the company.
