About the day

Feel Good Tennis. Want to get fit and raise money for Mind? Come along to a special Cardio Tennis session on Wednesday 29th January from 6.30pm. Cardio tennis involves drills, skills and games set to music. A fast and furious hour of tennis. You don’t need any tennis experience or equipment, just some trainers and a sense of humour. I am sure Coach Ben will be more than happy to put us through our paces!! You are welcome to just come for a drink if you don’t fancy the tennis. The bar will definitely be open for all the thirsty players after. We’re asking for a donation instead of session fee
