Game on

There's a great choice of ways to play at Bushy Park Tennis, including league matches, friendly games and weekend social tennis. We also offer adult courses - see below for details. If you want to play outside of matches and social sessions, it's a good idea to check when junior courses are happening. Members can view court availability and book courts online.

Social tennis

Social sessions offer the chance to just turn up and play. Based on doubles play, the accent is on fun and enjoyment. Players organise themselves but should be inclusive and ready to join any games when asked. 

Winter socials

There are 4 social sessions a week:

• Monday 10.30am to 1.00pm (term time only)
• Wednesday 10:30am to 1.00pm
• Friday 2.00pm to 4.00pm (term time only), starting from 3rd Nov
• Sunday afternoon from 1pm to dusk

Other ways to play

• Saturday roll up doubles tactics coaching 3.00pm to 4.30pm. All standards welcome. Just £5 per session
• Team training by invitation from team captains
• England Sports Group also offer paid group training sessions. Ask the coach or club members for more information

Spring and summer socials 

There are 5 sessions a week:

• Tuesday evening from 4pm to dusk
• Wednesday morning from 10:30am to 1pm
• Friday evening from 4pm to dusk
• Saturday afternoon from 1pm to 5pm (2 courts, 2 courts for free play)
• Sunday afternoon from 2pm to 5pm (with tea and cake provided by members)

Adult courses

If you're a beginner, a little bit rusty or keen to build your fitness, we usually run courses during term times. We also have coach-run doubles builders session on Saturday afternoons.
