A Wonderful Night of Competitive Tennis.

Each player played 6 twenty minute sets, changing partner each time. A handicap system meant that all abilities could take part and added to the atmosphere of cut throat competitiveness: actually a lot of fun and good tennis prevailed!

Mark Stephens our men’s captain organised this brilliant indoor event at the Delta Swindon. The winners were Rowena Wakefield and Ollie Wakefield, both played superb tennis throughout, storming to success in the final set.

Lots of laughter and good food topped off a really fun evening.  Note the two winners proudly hold the wine and beer!  

Another tournament is planned for the autumn - why not come along?
