Cardio Tennis is a weekly, fun and sociable group fitness class, set on a tennis court to music!
In this 90 minutes session, you'll take part in a number of on court ball hitting exercises and sideline activities related to that weeks on court theme. Throughout the session, you'll monitor your heart rate to ensure your in the correct heart rate zones for the most effective work out session.
