Referral Form

Our ‘refer a friend’ terms & conditions

• You will receive your free month once your referred 'friend' has paid their first months Direct Debit.
• You must hold a live Direct Debit plan.
• Family members count as 'a friend' come and join in!
• This offer will only be awarded for new players referred to our programme, the friend can't have had coaching with us in the last 12months.
• This is only available for the ongoing weekly junior and adult courses.
• The friend you have referred cannot have attended a taster session before they fill out the ‘Refer a Friend’ form.
• There are no limits to the number of players you refer! Refer 12 players who sign up and you’ll get a whole year free…!
• Once your friend signs up you will receive an email to say your coaching Direct Debit has been paused and no payment for the next month will be taken.
• You must receive consent to pass on your friends contact details and inform them we will contact them.
• You must use this ‘Referral Form’
