Thank you to those club members who gave up their Sunday morning to help maintain our tennis facilities today.  In addition to the normal sweeping and weeding that we need to keep on top of to prevent them invading and degrating the court, we also:

• installed a new net on the top court to replace the old one covered in mold
• reinforced the fence repairs that we had made 6 months ago
• put up 4 wind breaks on the top court
• painted some of the side of the clubhouse to protect against the elements

An extra mention is needed for Susan who, despite not being able to play tennis due to a very unfortunately injury, came along and made cups of tea and coffee and delicious ham and cheese tosties for all the workers, which were much appreciated.
