Our Policies - These maybe added to from time to time

Payments:  Payment for any course/session is due before the session take place. Payments on the webpage will be taken via our payment system: Stripe

Weather Policy: Sessions will only be made up when anymore than one session has been lost to poor weather conditions.  The coach will usually notify you via text/email

Make up sessions: If any sessions are due to be made up then it is at the coaches discretion as to when these are made up (for example - halfterm week/end of term

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made via email atleast 48 hours before the session otherwise you forfit a refund. 

 

Miscellaneous:

  • Please book promptly to the coaching programme to avoid disappointment - as spaces can be limited.
  • Sessions will only go ahead if numbers allow - this is why we need your prompt booking
  • Payment is required in full before your first session
  • Rackets will be supplied for those that don't have one (Juniors only)
