Lotte Andrews is the daughter of one of our members and is a qualified yoga instructor, who has recently set up a yoga studio at her home in Hever. She is in the process of setting up a schedule of sport-tailored yoga classes for clients in and around Cowden and Hever.  

In addition to regular classes, she can tailor specific sequences to aid sports injuries, should they be needed!
