Cromer Lawn Tennis and Squash Club Tender Opportunity

The club is offering a tender opportunity to create improved accessibility to its clubhouse and facilities.

The current facilities are impossible for wheelchair users and people with mobility issues to access due to different levels and steps.

Facilities that need to be improved are:

• Access to clubhouse
• Access to changing rooms and toilet facilities
• Access around the buildings and to indoor, outdoor courts and table tennis tables

This should be done by:

• Providing fully accessible changing and toilet facilities

• Providing a ramp to the clubhouse building
• Providing a solution for all users to access the club, i.e. ‘new front door’

The current male and female changing rooms are a significant space which can be reconfigured to take account of a new main entrance way, accessible changing and toilet facilities together with improved general gender-neutral shower and toilet facilities.

Tender offers are invited to create the above with the fundamental condition that this work is completed by 31st December 2024.  All tenders to be returned by 23rd September 2024.
