🚩 Reporting a Concern
If you have a concern about the welfare of a child or adult at risk, please follow these priority steps:
- Contact Jo Owen (Club Welfare Officer) immediately.
- Report details to the LTA Safeguarding Team.
- In an emergency, contact the Police (999).

LTA Participant Code of Conduct
All players, parents, and visitors at Culcheth Tennis Club are bound by the latest LTA Participant Code of Conduct. This national standard ensures integrity and respect are maintained at every level of the game.
Key Standards:
- Respect all opponents, officials, and coaches at all times.
- Promote an inclusive environment free from discrimination.
- Ensure a "Safety First" approach for all junior and vulnerable players.
General Court Regulations
Booking & Eligibility
- Reserve courts via the ClubSpark Booker App.
- Max 5 sessions per week (2 hours each).
- Juniors under 13 must be supervised by an adult.
Court Etiquette
- Sweep courts after use and return all equipment.
- Lower the nets if no one is waiting to play.
- Take all rubbish and old tennis balls home.
