Code of Conduct
The tennis courts are provided for the use of ALL members and play is subject to the following regulations:
1. Members may use the courts subject to restrictions arising from tennis club commitments due to the completion of league and cup matches or coaching sessions. Dates can be found on the website and within the ClubSpark Booker app.
NOTE: League and cup matches may have to be completed on other days than those specified due to the influences of wet weather and will be communicated via WhatsApp.
2. All tennis court users are subject to the following basic regulations.
- BOOKING A COURT: Members should use the ClubSpark Booker app or the club’s website to book courts. A member may book up to 5 sessions a week, each for a maximum of 2 hours.
- JUNIOR TENNIS CLUB MEMBERS who are under 13 must be accompanied by an adult when playing outside of coaching sessions.
- SWEEPING COURTS: Members are requested to sweep the courts after use and return the brushes to their storage area.
- LIGHT TOKENS: These cost £3 for 30 minutes and must be paid for by BACS to the Tennis account. Tokens are kept in the key box next to the token boxes and a whatsapp message must inform us of their use.
- CLOTHING: Clothing can be of any colour, but should not cause offence (eg. Inappropriate slogans) and suitable approved tennis footwear should be worn.
- NETS: Members are requested to lower the nets if no-one is waiting to play.
- RUBBISH: Members are requested to take all rubbish and balls home. Members are also requested to empty the bin by the courts when full.

The accident book is located at the MAIN BAR
There is a First Aid Kit at the MAIN BAR and in the CLUB OFFICE.
A defibrillator is located at the front of the Daten building.
