Coaching philosophy

'Learning through fun' is the key to our coaching philosophy and we believe that enjoyment is the key to learning and retaining information. Tennis is a problem solving game and we aim to provide our players with the relevant knowledge and understanding to solve the problems they face!

The coaching team will endeavour to create an enjoyable environment in which to develop the necessary skills and be taught the latest technical and tactical developments in the game. Each player is considered an individual and we aim to provide the most appropriate pathway for participation and development for each pupil, working with them as their need for competition and social play evolves.
