Damian Galloway Coaching

Damian is a L.T.A. qualified and licensed Level 3 tennis coach living and working in North Yorkshire. He attended the Stonebridge Tennis Academy in 1998 and qualifed with a PRO 3 diploma. He had already gained an instructor 1 rating with both the International Coaches Institute and Professional Tennis Registry, before gaining the LTA Development Coach Level 3 Award in 2006. Since then Damian has held posts as Director of Tennis at Uppingham School, and Head Coach at St Albans Tennis Club.

In 2009 Damian moved back to his home county of North Yorkshire where he met Matt Ward and became affiliated to icanplaytennis.net in the capacity as Head Coach at Sherburn-in-Elmet Tennis Club and Terrington Hall Preparatory School. Since 2016 Damian has been working as Head Coach at the Northern Ryedale Sports Centre in Pickering, providing coaching for pupils who attend the specialist sports college, Lady Lumley's during school hours and the Everyone Active run sports centre outside school hours.
