CONGRATULATIONS to our Senior Club Coach Jason Boon who has been selected to be one of the 1000 coaches in Leon’s 2016 Davis Cup Legacy Coaching team, delivering sessions to children at Framton-on-Severn Tennis Club.

The Davis Cup Legacy is a project to inspire the next generation of children and their families to pick up a racket. In 2016 we will give 10,000 new children the chance to learn to play tennis for free. We’ve recruited 1,000 Legacy Coaches to join Leon Smith and a team of influential coach mentors, including Annabel Croft and Greg Rusedski, on a training day on Wednesday 23rd March at Bath University.

During the summer of 2016, local children from Frampton-on-Severn will benefit from a free 6 week coaching course and received a free tennis racket.
