The committee wanted to share some exciting news about one of our junior members, Charlie Denton.

Charlie competed in the UK National Deaf Championships held at the National Tennis Centre in London.

He competed in the U18's Boy Singles and won the final 7-5 6-0. 

What a fantastic achievement !!!!!

Charlie is 14 and has been coached at Frampton by previous coach Jason Boon and now our present coach Joe Waters.  Some of you may already know about the battles and obstacles that Charlie has to face on a daily basis.  He shows a mature attitude to his training and has been developing all aspects of his game which paid off with this weekend's result.

Charlie has reached the final of the U18's for the last two years and for him to go one better is a credit to his determination and dedication to his tennis.
