Many of you will know that Jenny Courts usually arranges an annual tennis weekend at the Manor Resort in Devon around March/April time. Unfortunately, she is indisposed this year but members of the club may still be keen to attend as it is such a popular event. 

We need a volunteer (or maybe two volunteers?) to step into Jenny's shoes and gauge interest in attendance this year , collect payments. Ideally they would also attend to ensure that things run smoothly.  We have been informed that a discount of 20% is available provided bookings are made and payments taken in full by 31 March so the timescale is quite tight.
