Introducing our new Head Coach - Ben Hardwick

We would like to welcome and introduce you to our new Head Coach Ben Hardwick.

Ben is an experienced level 4 senior club coach with more than 10 years of experience behind him. During his time coaching he has even worked alongside club member Jason Boon who helped direct him towards Frampton on Severn.

Ben is very passionate about making tennis available to everyone so he will be planning on making sure that there is a session available to book onto for any standard/age/disability - and he really wants to push inclusion to all at the club.

Initially, Ben will be with us on a reduced timetable while he finishes working his notice period at another club but he will be full time Head Coach from mid February.

For anyone interested in coaching, the days he plans on working until he becomes full time are Saturday Morning 9:30-12:30pm and Monday morning 10am-2pm.

1-1 coaching can be available from £35 per hour but please be aware that for the 12 weeks, while he's finishing his notice, he may not be as flexible in timings as he'd like to be.

Bookings can be made NOW for the upcoming term through the link...

Times of the sessions are as follows:

Monday

10-11:30am Ladies morning

11:30am -2pm available to book 1-1 coaching

Saturday

9:30-10:30am Cardio

9:30-10:30am Red ball (4-8 Years old)

10:30-11:30am Orange/Green Ball (8-10 years old)

11:30-12:30pm Yellow ball (11+ years)

(8-9 available for 1-1 coaching)

Costs of all group sessions will be the same throughout the entire coaching programme - £7 per hour for any lesson and £10 for 90 minute sessions... we are aware that for some of you this may be a slight increase but Ben personally thinks it's fair to be consistent across the board. Please note that all coaching fees for non-members will be an additional £2 per hour.  Additionally, for existing Cardio participants who are used to 'pay per play' arrangements, Ben is willing to continue that system of payment - but he would prefer members to book six sessions in advance if possible.

We look forward to seeing the return of many of our junior players and hope you will support the new coach Ben as he helps grow the programme and the success of the club.

Until then, we hope you had a Merry Christmas and enjoy the new year celebrations.

Regards,

Ben and the Frampton on Severn Committee
