We will make every effort to run each session.

In the event that squads are cancelled due to adverse weather conditions we will run a  'catch up' week at the end of term. If a session is to be cancelled we will communicate this 2 hours before the start of the squad on the day of the squad. We will send an email to all players as well as posting on our social media platforms; facebook, instagram and twitter.

We will always communicate if a session is to be cancelled due to adverse weather. Please do not assume the session is cancelled due to inclement weather.

If the session has started and then the weather becomes unplayable the session will continue as an indoor session and will consist of a combination of the following activites:

- Strength & Conditioning Practices

- Competition Planning

- Tennis Video Analysis 

- Tennis Quizzes
