This course is a mixture of Adult Hitters Quick Start and Adult Hitters Team. Adult Hitters Quick Start is for anyone who has never played tennis before or hasn't played in a long time and is an easy and fun way for adult beginners to get into the game. During the course you will be taught new skills and be shown how to serve, rally and score so that by the end you will be able to enjoy fun matches with your friends, family and other members at the club. Adult Hitters Team focuses on a number of tactical themes each week for players playing team tennis or wanting to play team tennis, giving your game a real edge. You’ll improve your level with sessions including technical training with similar level competitive players.
