We will confirm your space asap and then send you instructions on how to create a clubspark account so you can receive updates on email, be added to the register as well as the payment details to get you fully signed up. Lots of hitting, lots of moving and available to all adult players regardless of standard. The session will mainly be live ball exercises with some basket fed drills as well as some technical advice along the way. A great way to up skill, exercise and meet new players. Please bring a racquet and a drink, sessions will run in all but the worst weather.
