Members aged 18 years or older may nominate up to six members.   Closing date for nomination is 22 March 2016.  Once all the nominations are in, we'll check with all the nominees that they are willing to stand.   The election will be held by email voting a few days after that.   The process will be supervised by David Baines.

The opportunity to nominate, and then later, vote for up to six people gives members the opportunity to propose potential committee members which reflect the diversity of the membership and propose a team which can lead the club to greater success in the next two years.

Voting is be email (rather than by attendance at a General Meeting); this makes it easy for all member eligible to vote (i.e. 18 years or older) to do so.

The Committee is elected for a period of two years.  It meets every second month.
