If you are an individual and have a concern about any Highland Tennis District activity refer to and report a concern here, in an emergency dial 999.

If you are a member of a local club, and not in District activity please follow your own clubs guidelines on reporting a concern and inform your clubs Welfare Officer. If this is not available please follow the above instruction.

Parents, we would encourage you to read this information on safeguarding for your child including chosing the right coach and venue.

Volunteers working in clubs affliated to highlands tennis can benefit from free PVG membership registeration or if already a member, an update check via tennis scotland (if you are in a paid role this costs £59). Everyone working with children and vulnerable adults unsupervised or on a regular bases should be part of the PVG membership scheme and have an upto date check done in that capacity to ensure their suitablity for doing so. PVG forms can be requested here. Once completed PVG forms will need verified with identification in person before returning.
