Frequently Asked Questions

When are the Courts open?

Every day from 8.00am until dusk (courts close in line with daylight hours). Please note some courts may be booked for coaching activities or events.

Do I have to be a resident of Hinckley and Bosworth Borough to play?

No, everyone is welcome.

Once I have booked my court, how do I get access?

Once you have booked your court, you will receive your booking confirmation email

Your booking confirmation will include a access PIN code which you can then enter into the keypad at the gate (the PIN will be active 10 minutes before the booked session, throughout the booked session and then until 5 minutes after the booked session has ended). All pin codes start with a * followed by six digits. Once you enter your pin code correctly the keypad will light up blue and a tone will sound, the gate handle will then unlock, allowing you to enter the courts.

It is always useful to have your booking confirmation handy (electronic or paper) for inspection purposes.

What do I do if my PIN doesn't work?

Please double check that you are trying to use your PIN within the timeframe that the PIN is active (please see section above). If you are, please call the telephone number that is on your booking confirmation during office hours (01455 255728) and you will be provided with an alternative PIN for that booking.
