CARDIO TENNIS

Cardio Tennis is a fun, high energy and active group fitness class that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Open to people of all ages, tennis abilities and fitness levels, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time. Sessions are accompanied by music.

TENNIS XPRESS

Tennis Xpress is a great way to learn the fundamentals of the game in a relaxed social setting. This 6 week course is perfect for adults who are new to tennis or whose children are getting into the sport and want to play together as a family. 

BEGINNERS/IMPROVERS

This friendly coaching session is for adults who are new to tennis and are looking for a challange. Sessions will cover the basic technical and tactical elements of tennis, including shot types and a basic understanding of the scoring system. Sessions will be game based allowing players to develop their skills in a match play situation. 

INTERMEDIATE

This six-week course is perfect for adults who have mastered the basics and want to keep building their skills, confidence and gameplay on court. By the end of the course, you'll feel confident hitting with others, joining social tennis sessions and playing casual matches with friends and family.

TEAM TRAINING

For players who have/want to compete at Club Level matches or higher. Session will cover more in-depth technical and tactical aspects for both singles and doubles with a focus on game strategies.
