What can you expect?

At the Green stage, children enjoy playing tennis on a full size court. Coaches will help children to grow their game to play with variety and will continue to improve their tactical awareness whilst refining technique. Children will become more autonomous and accept greater responsibilities.

Notes from the coach

Green ball rally is for players who can manage a rally of 20 balls on the forehand and backhand side. It is played on a full size court with balls that bounce 75% that of a normal ball, to enable time to attain the technique and tactics to move to different levels. We will be using the SYSTEM-9 tennis progressions that aids learning to play tennis quicker once players have good sending and receiving or moving, throwing and catching skills. Please note it is cheaper to join as a junior member for coaching sessions and camps.
