GROUP BOOKING INFORMATION
The Ilmington Multi Sports Facility courts are available for hire by groups and visitors encompassing Tennis, 5-a-side Football and Floorball. The facility is managed and run by Ilmington Tennis Club. The playing surface is sand filled artificial grass (please note - the courts are not 3G Astro) and there are LED floodlights which require pre-purchased tokens.

MULTISPORTS & GROUP BOOKINGS
Bookings for FOOTBALL and FLOORBALL can only be made for Court 2 and must be made via the Bookings Officer, Emma Speechley imsf.bookings@gmail.com
It is essential to get instructions for removal and replacement of tennis net plus court use rules and safety requirements. Appropriate footwear must be worn and studded boots are not permitted on our court surfaces. Group use fees apply.
If floodlights are required tokens will need to be purchased in advance according to instructions HERE
To BOOK A COURT FOR A NEW GROUP (regular or one-off booking) the hire charge is £25 per hour per court.

PLEASE BOOK MULTISPORT SESSIONS WELL IN ADVANCE to allow our Bookings officer time to respond and send you any necessary information. All of our committee members are volunteers and you may not receive an immediate response to booking requests.
REGULAR GROUPS AND CLUBS - NON-MEMBERS
Existing Clubs and Group Bookings (Non ITC members)
There are non-ITC clubs and groups who have regular bookings on the Ilmington Multi Sports Facility courts such as 5a side football and junior floorball.
Please note these clubs are not members of Ilmington Tennis Club but separate groups that hire the courts at Ilmington Multi Sports Facility:
