Tennis At Home

During this time keeping active and fit is very important, also keeping your mind active is equally a priority.

The Lawn Tennis Association have produced some activities to help during this time and they can be found here .

Walking, jogging, hitting a ball against the wall, tap ups, throwing/catching, watching past tennis matches on TV (Amazon Prime/YouTube) and basic exercises will help keep you active and focussed.
