On Saturday 29th July, Lanchester Lawn Tennis Club held 2 social but competitive competitions for senior members

The matches were fun to take part in but played very competitively. The final results showing very close scores, especially in the mens doubles, there being only 1 game difference in the end result.

The Men's Doubles was won by Paul Gardiner & Simon Gerry, runners up Dennis laycock and Ryan Robson

The Ladies Doubles was won by Sally Laverick & Michelle Ridley, runners up Ursula Heale and Jane Laycock

The events were followed by afternoon tea
