Following an impressive first season, Leeds Legends will field four teams in the Leeds Tennis League for 2026, building on a standout debut year that saw two men’s teams promoted and the Men’s A Team crowned Division 8 champions. 

In 2026, the Medley team returns to Division 2, Men’s A and B will compete in Division 7, and Men’s C will take on Division 8.

The league season typically runs from May to August, with teams of four competing in evening doubles matches across Leeds, offering high‑quality adult match play for players wanting structured, competitive tennis. 

The Leeds Slam made its debut in 2025 as a new district‑wide team tennis competition in Leeds. Leeds Legends entered four teams, with our Holliwood Team (Hollies & Meanwood) emerging as champions.

Returning from August to November, the Leeds Slam features a diverse, fast‑paced tennis format that includes mixed doubles, men’s doubles, and both men’s and women’s singles. Matches are designed to be completed in under two hours, making it ideal for players looking for quick, competitive tennis events in Leeds.
