⚪️ LTA Adult Intermediate

This session is suitable for players with some tennis experience looking to play more frequently. Here we will look at stroke technique on a variety of shots including serve, return, volley, and smash all linked to a better tactical outcome.

This coach-led session will offer tactical and technical support for players in both a singles and doubles setting. We will help adults understand the tactics in tennis as well as improving their technique through high-volume practise. This session is a great chance for you to meet new people, compete against each other, work with a partner to problem-solve when playing doubles, and most importantly enjoy the sport we love to coach.
